FAQ:  

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the postage you chose. We aim to send all orders out within two working days and standard delivery should be with you within 2/3 days. If you need your purchase in a rush - the quickest option for delivery is guaranteed next day at a slightly higher cost.

 

I want to order some tea but want to check if there are any allergens and what the ingredients are? 

We currently stock 3 teas in our range. They all contain natural ingredients and are supplied through UK suppliers.

Bring me flowers – rosebuds, lemongrass, hibiscus, rosepetals.

Time to Digest – dandelion root, verbena, mint, fennel, ginger. 

It’s over, Goodnight – lavender, chamomile, valerian, apple and cherry.

 

I haven’t received my order, what shall I do?

All our orders are sent out tracked. Please email us with your order number if you are unable to track it and we will chase up the courier to see where your tea is in transit.

Can I have a copy of my invoice?

There will be a copy of your invoice with your purchase, you will also be sent one by email when your order is confirmed. If for any reason you have not received the email then please contact us and we can get a copy sent over to you.

How can I return my order? Damaged or if it is not arrived as I expected?

We are a small business and customer experience is very important to us.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve your issue.

If a return is agreed, please send items back in unused and in original condition. Once we have received the returned item, we will process your refund.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We will always aim to resolve any problems quickly and fairly. 

 

I have a discount code but it doesn’t work?

I am sorry to hear that your discount code has not worked. If you email us with the details we can get one to you as soon as possible.

We trade online but also have stockists who sell our products. If you are interested in sampling our products or would like a call or visit from us, please contact us by email.
