More than just tea
Tea has always been more than a drink.
It’s a pause in the day. A familiar ritual. A moment to sit down, take a breath and gather your thoughts (or avoid them entirely).
Packs Bags and Leaves was created with that in mind. Simple, thoughtful blends designed to fit into real life.
Where it started
This wasn’t a business that started with a grand plan.
It began at a kitchen table with a variety of ingredients gathered from a local grocery store and plenty of trial and error. Some blends worked. Some really didn’t.
Tea became something more than just herbs in a cup for our founder Kate Davis. It became a way to slow down, reset and begin again during a time of change.
Somewhere between the almost-right blends and the ones that stuck, Packs Bags and Leaves began to take shape.

Beth Rutter — Head of Fulfilment & Customer Experience
Beth oversees every detail, from ingredient sourcing to production and delivery. Beth also leads our approach to sustainability, carefully choosing materials that can be reused and recycled.

From the beginning, this was always meant to be more than just tea.
