About us

A cup of tea is a pause in the day: a moment to sit down, take a breath and gather your thoughts (or avoid them entirely). We make simple, delicious, caffeine-free blends to fit into real life.

Where it started

For our founder, Kate Davis making tea became a way to slow down and reset during a time of big change. 

It began at her kitchen table with a pile of herbs from the local grocery shop and plenty of trial and error. Some blends worked. Some really didn't. Kate was searching for two things; great taste and herbs that actually do something. 

The blends that stuck became Packs Bags and Leaves.

Our people

A small team in Sussex work hard together doing things properly to grow the business and create more accessible paid employment for graduates from The SAND Project (with a lot of tea drinking along the way).
