Why Reece was our first employee

Packs, Bags & Leaves was created to make beautiful tea.

But first and foremost, it was created to create opportunity.

From the beginning, the aim was simple — to build a business that could offer meaningful, accessible employment to graduates from the The Sand Project.

Reece was our first step.

Reece joined us as our first paid employee, bringing care, consistency and a real pride in the work he does.
